Fencing Done and a Bit of Landscaping
Tuesday, May 19th - We got our decorative aluminum fence installed by the All American Fence Company yesterday. We are quite happy with the result.
We also started doing our own landscaping by visiting Menard's and Home Depot to pick up 11 plants (Pygmy Barberry, Korean Boxwoods, WinterCreepers, Day Lillys, and Blue Fescue grasses) which we planted in our front yard 'rock garden.'
We plan to attack the areas on either side of our entry way next. I think we are enjoying the activity, though some muscles did complain after I moved a half-ton of soil and mulch over the last weekend.
I expect to have our mulch delivered in bulk for the remainder of our work. Here are a few pictures of the front and back.
