Michael Hirsh on the USA's Recent Decline Under Bush

I can only hope that a sufficient majority of Americans will have the sense to vote in a democratic president and a democratic majority in the house and senate this fall. We need a sea change in our country's direction both in international policy and in fiscal and economic ideology.
